Lawrence joined Coffer Corporate Leisure in 2007, having previously spent 7 years at specialist leisure advisers, Christie & Co.

Since 2000, Lawrence has focused his career on property investment and M&A activities in a role that has involved advisory work on both property investments and going concerns; corporate disposals and acquisitions; and sale and leaseback transactions – particularly in the Hotel, Health & Fitness, Tenpin Bowling, Restaurant and Pub sectors.

Lawrence qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1998 and has a BSc in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University.
