Coffer Corporate Leisure acted on behalf of Ten Entertainment Group Plc in their latest acquisition of a new family entertainment and bowling centre in British Land’s Crown Wharf Retail Park in Walsall.

The new operation under the company’s ‘Tenpin’ brand forms a new 25,200 sq ft unit created from the conversion of two retail units formerly occupied by Mothercare and Peacocks.

Tenpin opened the unit at the end of September having completed a £3million fit-out encompassing the latest pioneering technology and innovations to create a state-of-the-art entertainment venue. The core facilities include 20 ten pin bowling lanes, a bar/restaurant, Houdini Escape Rooms, Laser Tag, Karaoke rooms, American Pool, and an amusement arcade with the latest video games.

British Land’s 174,000 sq ft Crown Wharf scheme has seen a number of recent lettings which have re-positioned and enhanced the scheme. New occupiers include leisure / hospitality operators Ninja Warriors, Pure Gym and Burger King, together with a new 20,000 sq ft Aldi supermarket.
