Coffer Corporate Leisure has completed the freehold disposal of 4-6 Castle Square, Swansea, for over £2 million.
The property comprises a public house and late-night venue totalling c.30,000 sq ft let to Intertain (Bars) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Stonegate Pub Company.
