Coffer Corporate Leisure has advised on the sale of a public house situated on Warwick University Campus. The purchase price of £2.7 million reflected a Net Initial Yield of 6%.
The property is held long leasehold and is let to Stonegate Pub Company until 2039 with annual RPI uplifts.
