Coffer Corporate Leisure has advised an overseas client on the off-market sale of three freehold public house investments: The Old Ship in Hackney (pictured above), Hunter S in Canonbury and Tropix, Clapham.

All properties are let on identical leases to Ei Group, part of Stonegate Pub Company – the largest pub company in the UK – with 25 years unexpired. The pubs are situated in affluent Zone 2 locations with strong residential catchments.

The terms of the transaction are confidential.
