Sale and leaseback of two Food & Fuel freehold pubs

On behalf of Food & Fuel, Coffer Corporate Leisure has completed the sale and leaseback of the Queens Arms, Pimlico and The Grosvenor, Hanwell. The two properties, sold to different buyers, went for a combined price of circa £5.5million.
Coffer Corporate Leisure acted on behalf of the vendor.
