Coffer Corporate Leisure has advised AEW UK on the disposal of The Woodbridge Inn – a freehold public house dating back to the 18^th century in Ironbridge, close to Telford.

The pub, situated on the banks of the River Severn, is let to Brunning & Price, on a long inflationary-linked lease. Brunning & Price is part of The Restaurant Group plc.

The purchase price reflected a Net Initial Yield of 5.45%.
