Coffer Corporate Leisure has advised a private client on the sale of the Oxford Arms – a famous public house in the heart of Camden.

The pub, which dates back to the 1800s, is let to the UK’s largest pub company, Stonegate, on a long, index-linked lease.

The price of £4,775,000 reflected a 4% Net Initial Yield.
