Coffer Corporate has advised a private client on the sale of 89 Chalk Farm Road, London NW1.
The property comprises a boutique freehold hotel situated directly opposite the famous Roundhouse concert venue and Chalk Farm Road underground station. The property is let to NASDAQ listed hotel operator Selina Hospitality plc, who recently opened the hotel following a £5 million refurbishment to provide a 30-room hotel, restaurant, co-working hub and events space.
