Corporate disposal of Perfect Pizza

CCL advised the owners of Perfect Pizza Ltd in the sale of the business comprising the UK’s fourth largest pizza delivery enterprise.
The business is based on a franchise model with over 80 individual franchisees operating from over 100 units throughout the UK.
The assets of the company were sold to a private individual via a pre-packaged Administration process.
