OLIM double investment purchase

Coffer Corporate Leisure has advised OLIM on a package of two investment properties.
The properties were purchased for a sum in excess of £2.5 million including the Ha, Ha! Bar & Grill in Cheltenham, comprising 6,390 sq ft let to Mitchells and Butlers.
The second property, a 9,348 sq ft Grade II Listed former County Courthouse in Wolverhampton was also purchased freehold and is let to Walkabout & Surfers Nightclub.
