Coffer Corporate Leisure has advised a private client on the purchase of a portfolio of 5 pub investments let to Stonegate Pub Company. The properties, situated across the UK, are let on leases with 21 years unexpired, subject to annual index-linked uplifts. The locations include Chesterfield, Chatham, Chorley and Eastleigh.

These transactions are not confined to prime assets and locations. Secondary assets, if priced appropriately, are in demand and liquid.”

The price was in the region of £5million. The terms of the transaction are confidential.
