Coffer Corporate Leisure sells eight leasehold pubs

Broken Foot Inns, the independent pub group, has sold seven free-of-tie lease pubs to Faucet Inn and one leasehold pub to Capital Pub Company through corporate leisure property specialist Coffer Corporate Leisure.

The high-quality portfolio, which comprised pubs in affluent areas and riverside locations including Boaters Inn in Kingston Upon Thames, Chandlers and The Haven in Ealing, Nanonbyte in Soho and William Morris in Wimbledon, was sold for an undisclosed sum.

Broken Foot Inns was formed in 2002 by ex-Punch manager Peter Mackie and Inn Business founder Quentin Williams. The group’s portfolio now contains four freehouses across the capital.

Following the acquisitions, Faucet Inn intends to refurbish and reposition the sites in order to increase their trading potential.
