The Coffer Corporate Leisure Property Investment Survey provides a snapshot of current sentiment towards our sector, presenting a key insight into the diverse strategies of the key players in our market.

The survey questionnaire was sent to over 2,000 commercial property investors and institutions, with the results collated and analysed by our team here.

The most encouraging finding is the confirmation that – as we have championed for many years – Leisure is now firmly established as an asset class in its own right. And 96% of participants who knew their future requirements confirmed they intend to increase or maintain their exposure to Leisure property.
