Druckers Vienna Patisserie was founded in 1965 in Birmingham and operates from 42 sites situated in major towns and shopping centres throughout the UK. Risk Capital Partners entered the café patisserie market in 2006 through their acquisition of Patisserie Valerie where Coffer Corporate Leisure acted on behalf of the vendors.
